Needs to hire 1 Freelancer Summary Chargeback & Dispute Specialist (Shopify/PayPal) — 3 hrs/day About Us: E-commerce company operating multiple Shopify stores across various product categories. Responsibilities: Handle chargebacks and disputes on Shopify Payments and PayPal daily. Prepare and submit compelling evidence packs. Collect and organize proof: carrier tracking/POD, delivery screenshots, order logs, customer comms, IP/device/AVS, policy links, etc. Track dispute statuses, deadlines, and outcomes; maintain a clear win-rate dashboard. Suggest preventative improvements (policy/flows, tracking emails, signature/POD, risk rules). Coordinate with our team on escalations and refunds per SOP. Requirements: 2–3+ years hands-on experience winning disputes for Shopify Payments/Stripe and PayPal. Solid understanding of Visa/Mastercard/Amex reason codes and PayPal claims flows (representment, pre-arb). Excellent written English; crisp, evidence-driven documentation. Strong organization and time management (hard deadlines). Preferred: Experience with dropshipping & cross-border logistics (multi-carrier proofs, delivery SLAs). Familiarity with Shopify admin, chargeback apps/tools, and basic spreadsheets. What We Offer: 3 hours per day, 7 days/week (consistent, part-time). 2-week trial, then long-term engagement based on performance.
