We are seeking an experienced Channel/Partner Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in: - Collaborating with our Sales and Customer Success team to identify customer's requirements and be able to recommend and connect to appropriate vendor Partner options. - Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new vendors, assess their offerings, and evaluate their performance based on established criteria to be considered for supplier Partnerships. - Negotiating contracts with suppliers we want to partner with to secure advantageous terms, pricing, and service quality to be added to our Vendor Partner portfolio. -Procuring Price Quotes, identify best Vendor and Solutions that best meet customer needs. - Detail oriented to be able to manage the day to day communications with our vendor partners and internally with Sales and Customer Success teams The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in channel partner and supplier management, email communication, contract negotiation and management, which will enable us grow our IT vendor partner portfolio across a wide range of IT services and products. You will be tasked with identifying potential vendors that align with customer's strategic goals, conducting comprehensive market research to evaluate supplier capabilities, and ensuring strict adherence to our procurement policies and procedures. Your role will be instrumental in fostering collaborative partnerships with suppliers while also driving competitive pricing strategies to achieve the best value for companies we support. Required Skills and experience -Proven IT product research and procurement success -Proven experience with IT Vendor/Supplier management -Proficient in English communications (both on the phone and emails) -Available to work full time during US business hours (between 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern US time zone) -Experience with data entry and data extraction -Proficient with all Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc) If you have a proven track record in IT vendor management with strong procurement skills, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
