Responsible for providing recruiting leadership and support for the Changing Lanes program within Caliber. Following Calibers recruiting process/system and legal requirements, the position will network, source, screen and interview applicants for the Changing Lanes, Department of Defense- Skills Bridge Program. This position will coordinate the program enrollment process. This position will develop new and build on existing relationships at Military Installations and Reserve Units in multiple regions to establish Caliber as a preferred employer.

The outcomes of this positions contributions will be filling Cohorts/Classes to capacity with qualified candidates to meet program hire projections for the career tracks offered to Military Service Member applicants.
