Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a School Psychologist to collaborate with a progressive Illinois school district during the current academic year. This full-time role provides a meaningful opportunity to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while ensuring they have the support needed to thrive.

• In this position, you’ll play a central role in promoting student well-being through comprehensive assessments, counseling, and data-informed interventions. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to identify student needs and implement targeted strategies that support learning, behavior, and emotional health.

• Along with supporting individual students, you’ll contribute to strengthening school-wide systems that foster positive, inclusive environments. From participating in IEP and problem-solving meetings to guiding educators on effective classroom practices, your expertise will help shape a learning community where every student can build confidence, resilience, and long-term success.

• Requirements
• A master’s degree or higher in School or Educational Psychology and a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement are required. Candidates should demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Prior school-based experience is highly preferred.
