- Who We Are
- CTS Health Services is a community mental health services center that specializes in a holistic approach to health and wellness for children, parents, and adults of varying circumstances and mental challenges. We provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for our clients and their support circles to help our clients navigate through life within their community at their highest level.
- We are urgently seeking passionate, authentic, and motivated individuals to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions with insured children, youth and/or adults receiving specialty mental health services in the community.
- Responsibilties
- Responsible for ensuring services are provided in the community.
- Participating in the person-centered planning process.
- Providing direct community-based behavioral health services and support for the individual and family as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
- Monitor and track consumer hours and annual intake dates and complete as assigned.
- Assisting the supervisor in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions as evidenced by symptom reduction and progress toward goals.
- Responsible for completing the OnTarget tasks assigned within 24 hours.
- Assisting the supervisor with consulting identified non-medical providers, engaging community and natural supports and including their input in the person-center/ed planning process.
- Ensure that all information obtained while at Carolina Therapeutic Services is kept confidential and will remain confidential beyond employment.
- Ensure confidentiality training is updated.
- Requirements
- Certified Recovery Support Specialist certification required
- Rehabilitative Service Associate credential, minimum required;
- High School diploma
- Human service field with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling. Supervision shall be provided by a qualified professional with the population served.
- One-year documented experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to children and /or adolescents.
- Mental Health Professional credential or above, preferred
- High school diploma with 5 years of related experience, or
- Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or
- a substance abuse professional with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling
- Certifications completed (if not obtained, can complete all CTS provided raining within 1 week of hire)
