- As a Diesel Technician at Ford of Kirkland, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines in Ford trucks and commercial vehicles. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical expertise, diagnostic skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. You’ll be joining a team that values growth, teamwork, and technical excellence — with opportunities for continued education and advancement.
- The ideal candidate is Ford Certified or equivalent, highly motivated, and has proven experience working with diesel powertrains.
- Certified/Experienced Diesel Technician Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines and related systems.
- Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs.
- Use factory-level diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Accurately complete repair orders and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

- Pay Range: Make $125,000 to $200,000 annually!

- Qualifications
- Certified/Experienced Diesel Technician Qualifications
- Ford Diesel Certification or equivalent ASE certifications preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of diesel technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
