• As the classroom teacher, you’ll design and deliver individualized, evidence-based instruction aligned with each student’s IEP. You’ll monitor progress, adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, and foster a positive environment where every child can grow with confidence. Collaboration is at the heart of this position — you’ll work hand in hand with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to provide holistic, coordinated support that addresses both academic and social-emotional goals.

• Your leadership and compassion will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive classroom where every learner is valued. You’ll also implement proactive behavioral strategies and provide targeted interventions to help students develop essential emotional regulation and self-management skills.

• Requirements
• Illinois PEL with special education (LSB1) endorsement.
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. A master's degree is a plus.
