I’m looking for a professional caller (ideally with experience calling blue caller business owners) to help me connect with small business owners. My ultimate goal is to buy a small business. This is NOT a sales role — you will not be pitching anything. Your only job is to politely reach owners, explain that I’d like to speak with them, and schedule a short callback. This is extremely part-time (1–5 hours per week) and flexible. You can make calls anytime between 9am–4pm in U.S. time zones. We will be starting with Eastern Standard Time. What you will do: Call a list of small business owners (I provide the list + phone numbers) Use a simple 10–15 second script Ask whether the owner is open to a short introductory call with me If yes, schedule a callback time on my calendar Track results in a simple Google Sheet What you will NOT do: No selling No pressure tactics No long conversations No negotiation or explanation No closing — just scheduling Ideal candidate: U.S.-based (native) Comfortable making outbound calls Friendly, polite, and natural conversational style Reliable and consistent Able to follow a simple process Experience in customer service or appointment setting is a plus but not required Hours: 1–5 hours per week to start Flexible Compensation: $20–$30 per hour depending on experience Weekly or hourly billing through Upwork The script (very simple): Owners either give a time, say no, or tell you someone else to reach — very easy.
