Position: Customer Service Agent ( Full-Time)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Pay: $30/hr to start, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model
Location: Remote (USA)
Start Date: October
Requirements:
- One weekend shift REQUIRED
- Must be able to attend full-time day training for 2 weeks
- Must be available on weekend days and between the hours of 8am - 4pm on weekdays

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service.
- Complete after-call information and data entry to the system.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in a Call Center/Customer Service role
- Must currently reside in USA
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired.
- High School Diploma.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 Hour
