I’m looking for an experienced CAD Drafter or Architect to prepare Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) for two projects: Church: 1-story, approx. 6,000 SF Warehouse: 1-story approx. 11,900 SF Both projects will have mostly exposed ceilings in the main areas and acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) ceilings in the office areas with LED lighting. The freelancer must have prior experience laying out ceiling grids, aligning light fixtures properly within the grid, and coordinating ceiling features cleanly and accurately. Scope of Work: • Add the ceiling tile grid and LED lights in the office areas • Place lights appropriately in the exposed ceiling areas • Add headers above all door openings • Use correct lighting symbols (symbols and legend will be provided) • Ensure the grid and lights are centered and aligned properly in each space • Deliver organized AutoCAD drawings (DWG) Requirements: • Strong knowledge of RCP drafting and ceiling coordination • Ability to work from an existing floor plan • Precision with layout alignment and clean CAD standards • Experience with commercial or institutional projects (churches, warehouses, offices, etc.) • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus) • Must be able to follow provided symbol standards and notes
