**Job Description: CAD Designer for Jewelry Charms** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to collaborate with us and create uplifting designs for custom jewelry charms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in jewelry design, a strong understanding of form and proportion, and a portfolio demonstrating technical excellence and creative collaboration. Responsibilities: - Incorporate existing design, concepts, and sketches into precise 3D CAD models. - Develop models optimized for casting and production while maintaining design integrity and aesthetic balance. - Ensure accuracy in dimensions, tolerances, and diamond settings. - Communicate effectively and deliver revisions promptly based on feedback. Requirements: - Expertise with industry-standard CAD software (e.g., RhinoGold, MatrixGold, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, including casting and finishing. - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Demonstrated experience working with fine jewelry or custom charm collections. - Must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to beginning work. Ownership & Confidentiality: All designs, CAD files, models, renderings, and related intellectual property created under this contract are considered “work-for-hire” and will become the exclusive property of the company upon full payment. The designer agrees not to reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the project or related materials outside of the company without prior written consent.
