Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding food orders and special requests.
• Support the waitstaff by refilling drinks, providing additional utensils, and addressing guest needs as they arise.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on restaurant or catering environments.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen operations is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• Experience in bussing, cleaning, serving, or related roles within the food industry is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170.00 - $210.00 per day
