• Pay: $16.50/hour (before tip credit) + tips

• Little Ruby’s Café Williamsburg is looking for a friendly, hard-working Busser to join our front-of-house team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with one of NYC’s most beloved Aussie cafés.

What You’ll Do

• Assist servers by ensuring smooth and efficient guest service throughout the dining room
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and professionally
• Refill water promptly for guests as needed or directed by servers
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, banquettes, and service stations during and after service
• Set tables with appropriate place settings and restock service stations regularly
• Communicate guest needs to servers, chefs, and managers to enhance the guest experience
• Help with table marking and course service when applicable
• Perform opening and closing side work including setup and breakdown of the dining room
• Follow all Department of Health and company sanitation standards
• Report any damaged equipment or furniture immediately to management

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a busser or front-of-house team member preferred
• Experience in a high-volume café, restaurant, or lounge is a plus
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working near cleaning materials or hot surfaces
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
