Accountabilities
- Gather, analyze, and present data in clear formats to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and build Tableau reports that align with business objectives.
- Identify trends and actionable insights through data interpretation and reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and BI tools to ensure high usability and performance.
- Perform data validation, mapping, and unit testing; write SQL queries to troubleshoot issues.
- Deliver scalable, reusable, and performance-optimized BI solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and visuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a dedicated BI Analyst.
- Advanced Tableau development skills required; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables) and SQL; strong data modeling and normalization knowledge.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and optimize dashboard performance.
- Ability to work in iterative cycles and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and experience gathering business reporting needs.
