We’re looking for a passionate coach to assist our year-long program clients to grow their businesses. We help holistic health practitioners grow their practices to be busier with patients, so they can focus on helping people & changing the face of our healthcare system so it's more integrated and less about drugs & surgery. You see possibility in people even when they don’t see it for themselves. You are an excellent coach having a track record of coaching people to transformation & results. At this stage of your career, you prefer being a part of another coaching business where your values align & where there’s a wonderful team environment (all of our coaches are excellent & amazing people), but don’t want to be doing the marketing to find your own coaching clients. You’ll coach clients to stay on track with the strategic plan laid out for them, get them clear on growth strategies to focus on, and help them build momentum. You will coach clients privately. Depending on your level of expertise and interest, there can be opportunity to coach clients in a group setting. Your area of expertise can be of one of the following: 1. Primarily with powerful shifts in mindset blocks and holding them accountable to their plan, 2. Speaking (you’ve given talks before & have high level of competency in this area) 3. Marketing/Holistic health practice growth (ie, chiropractic practice, acupuncture practice, naturopathic practice, functional medicine practice) or cash-based practice growth, or 4. Primarily have experience with Operations in a holistic health practice (ie, seasoned as a practice manager or office manager) Experience growing a successful business yourself preferred. Being able to direct our clients back to our curriculum for what they need most right now is important. Goal of role: 1. Hold our clients accountable to their goals & steps that can move forward their business determined via their written Strategic Plan (created by the main creator of the program) 2. Help clients with creating structure around planning & execution (ie, quarterly, monthly, weekly, monthly) 3. Help clients experience breakthroughs around mindset blocks 4. Give input about client’s situation (ie, website, marketing ideas, Speaker One-Sheet, etc) based on coach’s capabilities/expertise during calls & on our private FB group You will also be responsible for retention of coaching clients. Our Mission: Our mission is that holistic and integrative medicine options become mainstream in our country, instead of mainly relying on medications or surgery. We do this by helping holistic health practitioners reach more people effectively. Many holistic practitioners went into the profession to help people but not to run a business and they struggle with that. They learn & are guided through a step-by-step process of getting patients more consistently & scaling their practices through our training and mentorship programs. The format of what we offer includes webinars, live speaking, and private and group coaching/mentorship. You will work with someone who is very dynamic, results-oriented, and always open to new ideas.
