Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to define MVPs, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the entire software development lifecycle, from creating wireframes and mockups to supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze product performance and user data to suggest data-driven enhancements and help align product features with market needs.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with business goals and data privacy standards.
- Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in collecting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills: The ability to elicit, analyze, and document user and business requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills: You'll need to prepare detailed user stories, process flows, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Proficiency in key tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchart is required.
- Technical understanding: Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Proven ability to manage relationships and work closely with product, tech, and QA teams.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
