We are looking for a high-energy, ultra-organized Business Administrator who wants to be part of something big. This is not your average job — it’s light, essential day-to-day work with huge room to grow as our platform scales globally. You’ll work directly with the founder and help keep the core parts of the company running smoothly. If you love structure, clarity, and being the person who keeps everything operating at its best — this role is perfect. Initial responsibilities may include: -Managing documentation, reporting, and records -Assisting with project coordination and scheduling -Supporting HR/admin tasks (contracts, onboarding, compliance) -Streamlining workflows and internal communication -Preparing materials for investors, partners, and internal teams This role is timezone-flexible and begins with extremely light weekly hours during our fundraising period. Once funding is complete, aiming before mid-December, the position will transition into full-time duties with full-time compensation.
