We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to reach out to medical imaging centers and radiology clinics across the U.S. You’ll introduce them to BuildNow AI, a no-code platform that builds AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calling. Your main goal will be to book demo appointments with decision-makers by making 100–120 calls per day, using a combination of Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot for lead sourcing and tracking. You’ll follow proven scripts, handle objections confidently, and log all outreach activity. This is a remote contract role (Upwork) for someone who thrives on high-volume calling, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in fast-paced AI and healthcare environments.
