We are a commercial cleaning company in Los Angeles seeking a talented developer or no-code expert to create a real-time, interactive pricing calculator we can use during client walkthroughs. The tool should allow us to enter key building details (square footage, restrooms, kitchens, service frequency, etc.) and automatically calculate estimated clean times and monthly pricing for three tiers of service (Essential, Standard, Executive) using ISSA cleaning standards as the foundation. The goal is to create a simple, fast, and client-friendly calculator that updates instantly as services are toggled on or off — showing the client how scope changes affect clean time and total price. We are open to your recommendation on platform (Glide, Airtable, Bubble, Google Sheets interface, or other). The emphasis is on usability, accuracy, and visual clarity — not heavy custom coding or proposal generation.
