Description: We’re looking for a skilled full-stack developer to build a lean MVP that combines a basic CRM, a simple website, and AI-powered chat/call bots. The goal is to demo with our first client quickly, then scale later. This is not a polished SaaS yet — the focus is speed + modular code that we can extend. Core Requirements: • CRM (basic): Contact storage, notes, pipeline stages. • Website: Simple landing page, CRM integration. • AI Chatbot: Handles FAQs + booking (OpenAI API + Google Calendar/Calendly). • AI Call Bot: Twilio or similar, basic call flows (routing, simple booking/FAQ). • Modular .env setup for easy duplication across businesses. • Deployed to cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure or similar). Preferred Tech Stack: • Backend: Node.js (Python OK if better for AI integrations). • Frontend: React / Next.js. • Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB. • APIs: OpenAI, Twilio, Google Calendar. • Deployment: Docker or simple cloud setup. Budget & Timeline: • Budget: ~$2,000 (fixed price). • Timeline: 2–4 weeks. Milestone Breakdown (proposed): 1. $500 – CRM + Website skeleton (basic contact management, landing page, .env config). 2. $1,000 – AI integrations (chatbot + call bot with Twilio + booking flows). 3. $500 – Deployment to cloud + documentation (scaling guide, setup for new businesses).
