**Project Overview:** We’re looking for an experienced no-code automation builder to create a lean, self-learning marketing feedback system for our brand, 1egion. This system should automatically collect social media performance data (Instagram, YouTube, and others), log it in Google Sheets, and use ChatGPT (OpenAI API) to generate insights and recommendations. The goal is to capture data (views, likes, comments, watch time, CTR, etc.), run analysis via ChatGPT, and deliver weekly summary emails/reports. **Scope of Work:** • Set up a central Google Sheet database for content performance metrics and AI insights. • Integrate Instagram/YouTube analytics via Zapier or Make.com to automatically update the sheet when new content is posted and as metrics evolve. • Use Zapier to send the collected metrics to the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) using a structured prompt; store the AI-generated feedback in the sheet. • Configure a weekly automated summary (via email or Notion/Slack) using ChatGPT to highlight top-performing content, key trends, and next-step suggestions. • Document the workflow, including API keys and instructions for maintenance. • Build within our accounts (Google, Zapier, OpenAI). **Skills Needed:** • Zapier or Make.com workflow automation • Google Sheets formulas and data management • OpenAI API / ChatGPT prompt design and integration • Social media analytics (Meta/Instagram, YouTube) • Clear documentation & communication **Timeline & Budget:** We estimate the initial setup should take less than a week with a fixed budget around US$200. Additional phases (ad optimization, retargeting) may lead to follow-up projects.
