We are a growing organization with multiple business units across the United States, focused on building a best in class candidate experience as we continue to expand. We are looking for a skilled Excel expert to design a recruiting tracker and dashboard that is easy for our team to use daily but robust enough to deliver meaningful insights into recruiting performance and pipeline health. We have two recruiters Josh and D supporting multiple business units, and we want a centralized way to track candidates, roles, and key metrics while keeping everything visual, automated, and easy to maintain. What We Need the Tracker to Do: Track both active and passive candidates Capture sourcing details such as LinkedIn, Indeed, referral, etc. Track which hiring manager a candidate was sent to and when Manage status by stage including screen, interview, offer, hired, declined, etc. Track active job requisitions including open and close dates and time to fill Calculate time to start once hired Allow filtering and reporting by recruiter Josh or D Dashboards and Insights: We would like a simple visual summary tab that automatically updates and shows Open roles and filled roles Average time to fill and time to start Pipeline by stage visual funnel Candidate source effectiveness Recruiter productivity such as candidates submitted and offers made Role aging alerts for roles open more than 45 days Optional hiring manager satisfaction or candidate quality scores Bonus or Nice to Have Features: Color coded visual pipeline by stage Drop downs for rejection or decline reasons Automatic aging alerts for stale roles or candidates Conversion metrics such as percent moving from screen to interview to offer Optional diversity fields for future reporting gender veteran status etc. Exportable or presentation ready dashboards for leadership reporting Deliverables: A working fully functional recruitment tracker Dashboard tab or tabs with clear visuals Basic documentation or short video showing how to maintain and update it Optional ongoing collaboration for enhancements once the base file is live Ideal Freelancer: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas pivot tables conditional formatting and data validation Experience building HR or recruiting dashboards preferred Ability to make the sheet both functional and visually engaging
