We are seeking an experienced Brand Specialist to refine and elevate our brand identity — shaping a consistent, authentic, and inspiring look, feel, and voice across all customer touchpoints. Project Scope You will work closely with our leadership and marketing team to: Define and document Herbal Goodness’ brand tone, voice, and storytelling pillars. Develop a cohesive brand color palette, typography system, and visual language aligned with our core values and customer persona. Create a Brand Book and Brand Guidelines (PDF + editable version) covering: Review and refine our Brand mission, vision, and personality. Ensure consistency of use and create the following within our Brand Book: Tone of voice (examples across channels) Logo usage and variations Color palette and typography Photography and visual style Sample branded applications (social posts, packaging, etc.) Provide creative ideas for direction in packaging, web, and marketing content to ensure brand cohesion. Present creative concept directions for review before finalizing the brand system. Ideal Candidate will have: Proven experience developing brand identities and brand books for consumer products or wellness brands. Strong understanding of color psychology, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to translate a brand’s mission into a distinctive and emotionally resonant identity. Familiarity with health, wellness, or beauty industries a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Portfolio demonstrating brand development projects (required). Deliverables Brand discovery session summary & moodboard Brand tone & personality documentation Finalized brand colors, fonts, and imagery style Comprehensive Brand Book (PDF) Editable design files (Canva or Adobe (Photoshop) preferred) Timeline Expected timeline: 4–6 weeks Please include: A brief cover letter describing your branding approach. 2–3 samples of brand identity projects you’ve led or created.
