A leader in the manufacturing and distribution of over 60 global beauty brands seeks a Brand Manager with experience in the Hair Care & Hair Color categories. Able to succeed in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, you’re a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing a brand portfolio including Color Solutions; Jerome Russell; Punky; Waterworks; BWild; RAW; ‘NRage; ThickFX and Youthair. You will also develop and execute launch plans for new hair color and hair care products. An experienced communicator, you can comfortably interface with professional salons, retailers, and mass merchandisers to promote the company’s products.

Must Have:

Candidates with a minimum of 2- 3 years hands-on brand marketing experience in beauty/hair color/hair care industries will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop compelling plans and execution of brand marketing including new product launches, product packaging, pricing, retail and merchandising multiple hair brands. Partner with internal stakeholders to bring a brand to life through well-conceived and well-executed programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain brand identity and consistency to build brand awareness
  • Execute marketing initiatives that support the delivery of the brand promise to ensure growth within all distribution channels
  • Manage pricing strategy and analyses of existing and new products
  • Assist in overseeing market research and consumer insights
  • Evaluate growth opportunities with existing brand portfolio
  • Set, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual brand revenue goals
  • Create and present reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Must have 2 - 3 years in Marketing with experience in Hair and Hair Color Products
  • Knowledge of how to implement effective brand strategy, including brand aesthetic, messaging, and overall identity
  • Ability to inspire, lead and encourage teamwork in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain a high level of accomplishment with minimal supervision
  • Takes initiative in finding ways to improve work-related processes
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software including Excel and PowerPoint

Photoshop skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
