We’re looking for an experienced Brand Identity + Packaging Designer to lead a packaging-focused brand refresh for a health/wellness consumer product brand. The goal is to upgrade our packaging and visual identity so that it better aligns with our brand messaging and presence across social platforms. We want to retain a few existing brand elements that work, while elevating the overall aesthetic to be bolder, more cohesive, and more reflective of our brand values. What We’re Looking For You should be a designer (or small design studio) with strong experience in: CPG packaging design (food, wellness, supplements, herbal/natural products, etc.) Brand identity development Brand refresh projects (not just logo-only work) Story-driven design, ideally with experience in natural, organic, ancestral, or culturally-inspired aesthetics Merging bold, modern design with clean, minimal composition Creating cohesive brand systems that translate across packaging, digital, and print We are looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and strong visual execution. Brand Aesthetic Keywords: Applicants should resonate with these core descriptors - Ancestral, Health, Bold, Unapologetic, Clean, Nature. If your portfolio naturally aligns with these themes, we want to see your work. Ideal Experience: 3–10+ years in branding, packaging, or visual identity design Strong portfolio of CPG packaging work Working with natural/organic/wellness brands is a major plus Experience with brand refreshes (not only ground-up branding) Ability to work independently and present clear reasoning behind design decisions Familiarity with print requirements, dielines, and packaging production. Deliverables Refined or new logo Color palette Typography system Packaging suite for all current SKUs Print-ready and digital assets Brand style guide Who This Project Is For We’re looking for: Freelancers, Boutique studios, Small design teams, Independent senior designers, etc. This is not a long-term role — we need a focused partner for this one project.
