We are developing a Boutique Bakery and Coffee Shop for our client and are seeking experienced architects, designers, and 3D artists to collaborate on the full design cycle—from initial concept to final presentation materials. The project involves working closely with our team, city officials, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth approval and execution process. ⸻ Project Phases & Scope of Work Phase 1: Site Plan & Concept Design • Create a site plan for the city’s initial meeting. • Show options for building layout, patio design, and parking configuration. • Prepare materials for initial city review and feedback. Phase 2: Building & Technical Design • Upon city approval, develop full architectural drawings, including kitchen layout, seating arrangements, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans. • Update plans per city review comments and code requirements. Phase 3: Interior Design & 3D Visualizations • Create interior layouts and detailed design concepts. • Provide 3D renderings and illustrations to visualize the final space for presentation and marketing purposes. ⸻ Qualifications • Architectural Firms or Independent Designers experienced in commercial projects, preferably restaurants or cafes. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software. • Experience with city permitting processes and compliance requirements. • Strong portfolio showcasing site planning, architectural design, and 3D visualizations. ⸻ Deliverables • Initial site plan with multiple layout options. • Full set of architectural and MEP drawings as per city requirements. • Interior design plans and 3D rendered illustrations. • Timely updates based on city and client
