Cuzko Construction needs a reliable Bookkeeping VA to manage our financial tracking and reporting. You’ll ensure all project costs, receipts, and budgets are updated weekly. Responsibilities: • Categorize expenses and reconcile QuickBooks transactions • Maintain job cost spreadsheets (budget vs. actual) • Track deposits, retainage, and accounts receivable • Prepare monthly financial summaries and cashflow forecasts Requirements: • 2+ years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online) • Experience with construction job costing • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Organized and detail-oriented
