Title: Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist for Healthcare Company (QuickBooks + Gusto) Description: Diverse Health is a fast-growing virtual healthcare company committed to delivering trusted, culturally competent care across the U.S. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time, ongoing basis. This role will handle our day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and financial documentation needs to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Responsibilities: • Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (transaction entry, reconciliations, financial reports). • Prepare and maintain accurate records of expenses, revenue, and vendor payments. • Process bi-weekly payroll in Gusto for providers and staff. • Collect and organize payroll details in collaboration with operations and leadership. • Send payment notifications to providers once payroll is processed. • Support tax preparation by maintaining accurate records for our CPA. • Provide monthly financial reports and recommend process improvements. Requirements: • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. • Hands-on experience with Gusto payroll platform. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data. • Clear communication skills and responsiveness. • Experience working with healthcare companies (preferred, but not required).
