We are seeking a thorough, timely, and experienced bookkeeper to manage the financial records of two small companies. One company has minimal transactions (averaging less than one transaction monthly), while the other is more active. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating and managing estimates, progressive invoicing, accurate, detailed categorization of transactions, and other typical bookkeeping tasks. We currently use QuickBooks but are considering a change.
