We are a small business that is seeking a reliable and experienced bookkeeper to setup our books and support our financial operations as we scale. Key responsibilities include weekly bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, batch payments, entry, budget preparation, and detailed financial report generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in bookkeeping, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. They should have initiative to self unblock and be ready to work off photos of expense receipts through digital means like email and messaging platforms.
