Company Description Fitness Superstore is a leading e-commerce retailer specializing in premium fitness equipment. We operate large-scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and Microsoft (Bing). We are looking for a dedicated Bing Ads Manager to take full ownership of our Microsoft Advertising account and drive consistent ROAS by fixing structural gaps, scaling Shopping campaigns, and eliminating wasted spend. Scope of Work Audit and restructure all Bing Ads campaigns (Search + Shopping). Correct fundamental setup issues (ad extensions, device/demographic bid adjustments, campaign priorities). Improve Shopping campaign segmentation (by SKU/category) and optimize product feed. Expand use of negatives and audience layers to tighten targeting. Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and placements to hit strict CPA and ROAS targets. Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights and next actions. Coordinate with our marketing team to align promotions, coupons, and product pushes. Deliverables ✅ Clean, fully optimized Bing Ads account structure. ✅ Minimum Optimization Score of 90%+. ✅ Clear Shopping campaign priority system (High/Medium/Low). ✅ Ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts, snippets) applied across campaigns. ✅ Weekly report with CPA, ROAS, and spend allocation recommendations. Skills & Requirements Proven experience managing Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) for e-commerce accounts. Expertise with Shopping campaigns, feed optimization, and segmentation. Strong knowledge of Search campaign structure, negatives, and audience layering. Ability to improve ROAS and CPA through disciplined optimization. Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center product feeds. Bonus: Experience integrating server-side tracking solutions (CAPI, GA4).
