  • Job Summary
  • Responsible for performing accounting, customer service, and organizational tasks to promote the financial health of Gandy Ink and GO Gear.
  • Essential Job Functions
  • Reconciling invoicing between Gandy Ink and GO Gear.
  • Recording and reconciling online daily deposits of funds transferred between systems
  • Searching and reconciling any unapplied payments
  • Issuing fundraising profit checks to customers
  • Collaborating with customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies, errors, refunds, and disputes
  • Creating invoices to be sent directly to a customer
  • Inputting payment history, upcoming payment information or other financial data into an individual accounts
  • Informing customers of past due balances
  • Calculating and tracking various company financial statements
  • Performing balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Prepare and reconcile sales tax information between system to ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Assist with cash payments
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
  • Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
  • Effective computer skills to input to use bookkeeping and account management software in a timely and efficient manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.
