About

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (Spanish/English) Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using Net Health and Point Click Care EMR systems. The ideal candidate will support healthcare operations remotely by scheduling appointments, making outbound calls to patients, handling billing tasks, and transferring patient records across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments across multiple state facilities.
  • Make outbound calls to patients for scheduling, follow-ups, and general communication.
  • Handle billing support tasks as assigned.
  • Transfer and reconcile patient data and records from Point Click Care into the main EMR system (Net Health).
  • Ensure all patient data is accurately updated and maintained across systems.
  • Coordinate with onsite facility staff for updates and clarifications.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required.
  • Proven experience using Net Health and Point Click Care EMR systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare scheduling, billing, and patient data management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks across multiple facilities and time zones.
  • Prior experience supporting facilities in multiple states preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
