About the Role: I’m looking for a motivated Social Media Manager to handle two of my business accounts — one in car detailing and the other in product sales (perfumes, skincare, and accessories). The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, and have a good sense of current social media trends, video editing, and content strategy. Responsibilities: • Manage posting schedules for both brands (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts) • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using trending sounds, captions, and transitions • Suggest content ideas, topics, and trends to help the pages grow organically • Write engaging bilingual captions (English & Spanish) • Track performance and engagement of posts Requirements: • Must speak and write Spanish & English fluently • Experience with social media content creation and video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.) • Understanding of trending hashtags, memes, and content styles in both the U.S. and Latin markets • Reliable communication and consistent weekly updates Details: • Starting pay: $200/month • Start date: ASAP • Schedule: Part-time, remote • Potential for long-term contract if performance is strong If you’re creative, organized, and ready to grow two brands, send your portfolio or examples of your past work (especially short videos or reels you’ve edited).
