Key Responsibilities

• - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping environment.
• - Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively in both Spanish and English.
• - Assist customers in selecting the best wireless plans and devices to meet their needs.
• - Achieve individual and team sales targets to support store performance.
• - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• - Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and store promotions.
• - Support store merchandising and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting.
• - Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve overall customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• - Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• - High school diploma or equivalent required.

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS

• Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
