We are a construction staffing company with an urgent need for an experienced recruiter/sourcer to join us on a short-term, high-volume project. The goal is to source and screen skilled trades professionals (structured cabling and fiber technicians) within the next 6–8 weeks. This is a fast-moving project that requires someone who is aggressive in recruiting, fluent in both English and Spanish, and comfortable working independently with clear KPIs. Responsibilities: • Source skilled trade candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, job boards, and other channels. • Screen candidates for relevant experience, language skills, and availability. • Submit daily candidate leads and keep progress updated in our system. • Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates to expand our reach. Requirements: • Proven track record in high-volume recruiting (construction, skilled trades, or similar industries preferred). • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). • Ability to hit daily/weekly sourcing KPIs. • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset. Compensation & Terms: • Hourly contract with weekly KPI goals and a budget cap. • Bonus incentives available for hitting or exceeding milestones (25, 50, 100 hires). • Initial 1-week trial period to ensure fit and performance. • Expected project length: 1–2 months (with the possibility of ongoing collaboration).
