We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Project Manager fluent in both English and Spanish to oversee our property rehabilitation and rent-ready operations. You will coordinate project timelines, communicate with both crews and property owners, and provide daily or weekly updates. The role also includes light administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and documentation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction or property management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must be available to start work by 7:30 AM Eastern Time (USA) to communicate with crews and handle morning check-ins. Responsibilities: Oversee renovation and rent-ready projects from start to finish Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking crews and vendors Provide regular updates to ownership on progress and issues Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Handle admin and coordination tasks (scheduling, reporting, documentation) Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Construction or property management experience is REQUIRED Must be able to start work by 7:30 AM Eastern Time (U.S.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated Preferred: Experience managing apartment turns, rehabs, or maintenance crews Familiarity with U.S. construction materials and workflows Compensation: Fixed rate based on work, paid every 2 weeks.
