As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our team.

• Position Summary
• The Parts Counter Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, including sales, inquiries, and orders, both in-person and over the phone. This role also supports showroom displays, inventory management, and customer outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, computer proficient, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-class customer service at the parts counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Visit key accounts regularly and/or call on customers to obtain additional business.
• Use computerized systems to accurately look up, identify, and order parts.
• Assist with internet inquiries and allied parts partner relationships.
• Direct input for advertising campaigns related to parts and other departments.
• Coordinate administration of supplier programs (Case IH, AGCO, and others).
• Provide and arrange displays for the showroom and counter areas.
• Administer monthly (or other) reports as necessary.
• Recognize opportunities to promote products through the parts department.
• Administer monthly inventory returns and support inventory control.
• Keep the parts counter, showroom, and receiving room clean and organized.
• Climb ladders and operate forklifts to retrieve and stock parts.
• Maintain knowledge of parts inventory, pricing, and availability.
• Perform all other duties as instructed by upper management.

• Work Environment
• This role requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including warehouse and yard areas. Position involves frequent lifting, stocking, and use of ladders and forklifts.

• Requirements

Required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proficient with computers and/or parts lookup systems.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 75+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate a forklift.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a parts, retail, or sales environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment parts.
• Forklift certification.
