Rare Flower Agency, a Los Angeles-based creative agency and influencer management company, seeks a Bilingual (Mandarin + English ) Video Editor to join our team. You'll edit Mandarin-language and English Language videos for our influencer and brand clients. Qualifications: - Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and strong English communication skills - Proven experience editing short-form and long form videos for social media - Able to work quickly and efficiently under time constraints - Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar - Strong understanding of social media trends and editing styles - Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) for a minimum of 2 hours per day. - Ability to take creative feedback and adjust edits as needed - Experience working in a remote setup - Experience working with influencers, content creators, or creative agencies - A good sense of storytelling in visual formats - Familiarity with content tailored to Western and Asian (especially Chinese) audiences
