We use Shopify for our websites. We’re looking for a reliable, fluent English and Spanish-speaking customer support agent. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in online customer service. Responsibilities include: - Responding to customer messages on Facebook Messenger - Responding to customer messages on Messaging Platforms - Responding to customers on our website livechat - Finding orders on Shopify (Bonus) Experience using Gorgias for managing email support is a big plus Requirements: -Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and conversational) - Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce - Comfortable using Shopify - Fast, reliable internet connection and ability to respond during set hours - Preferred, but not required): CRM platform Gorgias or Hubspot or equivalent The hours will be: Monday - Friday 11 AM - 1 PM PST Please include a 1 minute video introducing yourself IN ENGLISH.
