- What We’re Looking For
- Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a BH/IDD/TBI Provider Engagement Manager to join our team! The BH/IDD/TBI Provider Engagement Manager is responsible for strategic communication, provider education, and relationship development across the BH/IDD/TBI network. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Provider Relations and Satisfaction, this position develops policies and procedures related to provider engagement, and oversees provider forums, webinars, and communication initiatives. The BH/IDD/TBI Provider Engagement Manager leads the Provider Relations staff focused on proactive engagement, education, and satisfaction and works closely with other internal departments in promptly resolving provider issues and ensuring providers are assisted in various areas including enrollment, service authorization, contracting, and reimbursement. This position requires a strong skill set in customer service, leadership, staff management and development, organizational and time management skills, data trend analysis, and problem-solving.
On a typical day, you might
- * Ensure timeframes for specific unit responsibilities and deliverables are met in accordance with contractual and Behavioral Health/Intellectual/Developmental Disability Tailored Plan requirements.
- * Oversee Provider Engagement Coordinators who engage providers and provide customer service across the BH/IDD/TBI network.
- * Provide ongoing support to ensure providers receive accurate guidance and timely assistance regarding enrollment, contracting, authorizations, claims and general inquiries.
- * Lead provider orientation sessions for new and existing providers to ensure understanding of network requirements, policies, and available resources.
- * Coordinate provider education and training opportunities, including webinars, provider meetings, and virtual learning sessions to enhance provider knowledge and performance.

- Qualifications
Required
- * An Associate’s degree and three (3) years’ experience with a call center and/or in customer service, and includes experience with behavioral/mental health, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities. OR
- * A Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year experience with a call center and/or in customer service, and includes experience with behavioral/mental health, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities. OR
- * Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- * Must have a valid driver’s license
- * Must reside in North Carolina.
- * Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred
- * Degree in Human Service field.
- * Advanced degrees.
- * Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
