• We are seeking a Mental/Behavioral Health Technician who is dedicated, energetic, and committed to making a positive impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with adolescents, providing structure, encouragement, and support as they grow through therapeutic programming.

• Support and engage teens in daily therapeutic programming
• Model healthy behaviors, coping skills, and positive communication
• Uphold a safe, structured, and encouraging environment
• Document observations and communicate effectively with the clinical team
• Participate in group activities, recreation, and faith-based support

• A heart for teens and a passion for helping those in crisis

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in behavioral health, youth work, or ministry is a plus (but not required—training provided!)
