I am seeking an experienced accountant to provide basic accounting support for a Belize-based LLC. The LLC was never active and never traded. It never conducted business, had no revenue and no transactions. Therefore we seek the preparation of past balance sheets that will be extremely minimal (e.g. owners contributed capital, fees paid to attorney or accountant, etc.). We seek assistance with preparation of balance sheets and income statements for the past three years (2022, 2023, 2024). This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines efficiently. If you have a strong foundation in accounting, I would love to hear from you!
