• Fox Bros BBQ is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for mixology, and a strong knowledge of beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to Fox Bros BBQ's recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper stocking of bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes.
• Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible beverage service and preventing overconsumption.
• Engage with guests to promote menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Stay informed about Fox Bros BBQ's menu offerings, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the bar area.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Miscellaneous tasks as required.
• Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring beer, and serving wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating inventory.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required alcohol service certifications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
