• We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips.

Responsibilities

• - Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service
• - Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• - Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
• - Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements
• - Restock stations before/after service
• - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• - Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills Needed

• - Proven working experience as a bartender 3-5 years in high volume
• - Ability to keep track of guest orders
• - Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table
• - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• - This position will require a Maricopa Count Food Handler Card
• - This position will require an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification
