Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Gather all necessary information from merchants, including business information, financial information, and bank account information. - Enter data into all relevant platforms, including our internal merchant onboarding system, the bank's merchant onboarding system, and any other required platforms. - Use electronic signature software to get agreements from merchants. - Submit merchant account applications to banks we work with. - Review bank feedback on merchant account applications and revise applications as needed to maximize the approval rate. - Provide support to the Merchant Account Onboarding Manager and other team members as needed.
