- We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) in the Austin, Texas, Market.
About the Role
- The Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) is committed to the ABC Bank’s Purpose, Vision, Values, and Goals and is critical to ensuring ABC Bank delivers best-in-class treasury solutions and service. This position will work alongside the Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and support them with acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. The TSA is a client-focused team player who enjoys collaborating with internal partners across the bank to deliver tailored solutions that meet customers’ cash management, liquidity, and operational needs. The TSA will assist with the administrative follow-up with prospects and customers when needed, and will proactively work with bank staff to provide the most efficient sales and customer service environment. This role requires treasury knowledge and experience with account analysis.
Primary Job Functions
- Answer and respond to treasury sales calls for current and potential customers.
- Assist TMOs with finding new lead sources/potential customers and support in actively calling on these leads.
- Contact current and prospective customers to present information and explain available services.
- Create presentations in partnership with Marketing to attract new clients and extend services to existing clients.
- Determine which financial products best meet the client's specific needs.
- Advise clients on the advantages and disadvantages of various financial products.
- Analyze a client’s bank statement/transaction history and make recommendations for treasury services.
- Prepare Treasury Proformas.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all bank products. As needed, assist and train bank staff.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and track sales numbers. Provide recommendations and help implement new products and services as needed.

- Requirements
- Education and Work Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- At least three (3) years of banking experience required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in treasury management services, onboarding, or training.
- Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations related to cash management.
- Familiarity with business banking systems and treasury platforms preferred.

- Work Environment: This position is based in an office environment with occasional travel to customer locations and community events.
