We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the mobile app and gaming ecosystem. Our platform helps developers worldwide optimize and grow their businesses. We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to take full ownership of our LinkedIn and Instagram presence — from organic content creation to paid campaigns. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to evolve into a long-term, stable position as social media becomes a bigger growth channel for us. We're looking for a responsible for the strategy and execution of our LinkedIn (mostly) & Instagram (nice2have) marketing, with a focus, first on lead generation (MQLs), but also on brand awareness too. For that, we need someone who can start with: - Independently create visuals (carousels, infographics, animations, short-form video) for social media. - Leverage AI tools (image + video generation) to produce creative assets faster and explore new formats. - Write professional, B2B-focused posts targeting app developers and gaming publishers. - Execute LinkedIn Ads and Instagram Ads targeting mobile app and gaming professionals. - Optimize campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). - Report on key KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversions) and continuously refine for performance. In the long term, we want this person to own the LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, which will include tasks such as: - Research competitors and industry leaders to identify effective strategies. - Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with company goals. - Build efficient workflows/cadences for producing high-quality content consistently. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, HR) and encourage them to amplify content on LinkedIn through resharing, tagging, and thought-leadership posts. - Drive visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the SaaS/mobile app space.
