Sales Development Specialist (Contract) Wilson and Associates Coaching & Consulting is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to support outbound business development for our flagship program, the S.C.A.L.E.™ Conflict Resilience Accelerator, and related corporate offerings (workshops, private cohorts, and speaking engagements). The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for: •Building and qualifying lead lists of HR decision makers in nonprofits, entertainment, financial services, credit unions, universities, and government agencies. •Leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and our Keap CRM to execute targeted outbound campaigns. •Crafting and sending cold emails and LinkedIn •DMs using messaging shaped by our proprietary frameworks and custom GPT. -Managing follow-up sequences, tracking engagement, and ensuring accurate data entry into Keap. -Booking 5–7 qualified sales calls per week directly on the CEO’s calendar. -Supporting enrollment of 23 seats in the November 2025 public Accelerator cohort and securing at least 3 corporate pilot engagements. Requirements: •Demonstrated success generating B2B leads and booking corporate sales calls, ideally in consulting, training, or professional services. Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems (Keap experience a plus). •Proven ability to write professional, human-centered outbound messages (not mass spam). Experience working with HR, L&D, or DEI leaders is highly preferred. •Organized, proactive, and able to deliver measurable results quickly. Engagement: This is a short-term contract (October–December 2025) with immediate start. Strong performance may lead to extended engagements for 2026 initiatives.
