🚀 Fast-growing recruiting firm seeks a fluent English-speaking B2B Lead Generator & Appointment Setter to manage LinkedIn/email outreach, qualify decision-makers, and book calls with business leaders. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and available 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET (US hours). If you’ve booked B2B sales calls before and thrive on responsiveness + consistency, this is the role for you. Base pay + commission per qualified appointment. Long-term growth opportunity. 🎯 Skills & Experience Required • 1–3+ years of proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or LinkedIn outreach. • Must speak, read, and write English fluently — natural, clear, and professional communication required. • Strong conversational and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and data entry. • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Expandi, etc.) is a plus. • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow structured systems.
